Cancellations

• You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +92-323-2255789, providing your order details.

Refunds

• Refunds are available for returned items in their original condition and packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received.

• Refunds are issued via bank transfer and cover the product value only (delivery charges are non-refundable).

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for unused items in their original packaging.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchange orders will incur a Rs. 200 delivery charge.
